Good sharpener. Made soundly. Sharpens knives easily. (Ordinary, kitchen. From Damascus Steel has not yet tried). But not everything can be sharpened with scissors. If their cutting edges are initially made at a more obtuse angle, then the stone cannot display the desired angle, T. K. Its diamond abrasive is very fine, designed more for grinding than sharpening. But, in general, I am satisfied with the sharpener and can safely recommend.
